At Simply Sweetgrass, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before sending anything back.

Returns

Return eligibility may vary depending on the product and fulfillment provider.

Please contact us at hello@simplysweetgrass.com within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.

Do not send products back to an address shown on the shipping label or to a supplier's warehouse unless we have provided you with return instructions.

All returns must be approved by Simply Sweetgrass before an item is sent back. We will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions after your request has been reviewed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled. After this cancellation window, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

Please do not return the item until we provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature or because they are made specifically for you. Return eligibility will be communicated before a return is authorized.
